Hi! I’m Cacey Deline, a designer and art director with over a dozen years of experience developing and executing creative design solutions for clients, mostly working for agencies in the Minneapolis area serving clients in the B2B space. I’ve never met a team I didn’t enjoy producing darn good work with, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some truly phenomenal teams.
Collaborative ideation and brainstorming has been one of my favorite activities throughout my creative career. In the spirit of representing myself honestly, I should mention that my collaboration style includes some well-timed dad jokes and wordplay. But I believe that some of the best ideas come when you don’t take yourself too seriously, especially when the client’s products or industry are pretty dry. It’s so rewarding to land on the best idea from those collaborative sessions, develop a concept, and eventually deliver a campaign knowing that your team has knocked it out of the park.
